1. What happens after I book?
A: You’ll receive an email confirmation with details on how to join the call.
2. Do you take HSA/FSA?
A: We don’t deal with any insurance directly, so you’ll need to check with your provider to see if they cover it. We can provide invoices for reimbursement, but we do not issue letters of medical necessity. That said, many of our clients have successfully used their HSA/FSA for our services.
3. Is this call refundable?
A: Refunds are available if canceled at least 3 days before the scheduled call.
4. What if I need to reschedule my call?
A: You can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid losing your appointment.
5. Can I book a call for a family member?
A: Yes! Just make sure to include their details when booking the appointment.
